Oreo Cheese Cake

Oreos has to be one of the best-est cookies in the world. I follow the "twist-lick-dunk" mantra religiously, minus the "dunk" bit because I don't drink milk. So it's more like "twist-lick-chomp" for me.. :P Just when I thought that Oreos can only be eaten as it is, I discovered that the Peckham's down my road sells this super-duper-licious-awesomely-yummy-cake called Oreo Cookie Bash. I've tried finding the recipe for that cake but to no avail. So I tried looking for just "Oreo Cheese Cake". I found several recipes online but they either had condensed milk in it or weren't baked. I didn't like very sweet things, so condensed milk didn't appeal to me. I don't have a very huge fridge so a non-baked cheese cake would also not be too feasible.. So, I had to come up with a recipe using my limited baking knowledge.. :)
